Wizz Air to launch flights from Luton to Suceava, Romania

16 hours ago Wizz Air today started operating its new service from London Luton to Suceava in Romania. The newest WIZZ route is operated four times per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. Wizz Air currently offers 76 routes to 37 destinations in 14 countries from nine major UK airports, and just this week celebrated carrying 30 million passengers on UK routes since it launched its’ first route, from London Luton to Katowice, back in 2004. The newest Suceava service represents the first direct route between the UK and the capital of the Bucovina region. Owain Jones, chief corporate officer at Wizz Air said: “This new route between London Luton and Suceava is the fourteenth we’ve launched so far this year from the UK and the first direct connection between the UK and this undiscovered part of Romania.
